Commercial consultations and meetings
B2B only. Prices below are starting prices in euro, exclusive of IVA.

- On-site review of product handling, stock and operational handoffs at the agreed location

ACCOMPANY
Accompany to meeting — up to 3 h
From 390 €
1 hour preparation + up to 2 hours in the meeting. Extra hour from 120 €.

- Meeting notes and next steps within one business day
Phone consultation: written summary within one business day. Video consultation: prioritised action list within two business days. In-person consultation: findings and proposed 30-day actions within three business days. Meeting accompaniment: meeting notes and next steps within one business day. Deadlines run from the end of the appointment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding national public holidays in Spain and public holidays in the Valencian Community.
Location and meetings
X.M — Alicante, Spain.
Meetings are by prior arrangement. The meeting point is confirmed in writing after the meeting has been agreed.

Payment
The final service price, agreed travel expenses, applicable tax and total payable are shown before payment.
A first phone call can be credited against a video call or an in-person meeting booked within 14 days.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free until 24 hours before the booked appointment. With less notice, 50% of the agreed service fee is payable.
The 50% fee is calculated on the agreed service fee, excluding travel costs and IVA.
IVA
IVA treatment depends on the service, verified business status and the establishment receiving it. Spanish IVA normally applies at 21% for ordinary B2B consultancy supplied to an establishment in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands. Services supplied to business establishments elsewhere are assessed under the applicable place-of-supply and reverse-charge rules before payment.
